nuix should be at least $7 if there werent all these negative sentiment...
Macquarie took $500m and walk away...
all the founder got massive slice of the pie..
but the courts really need to protect shareholders...
we paying for the lawyers and expenses...
the sad part is class action.... share holder suing shareholders....
at the end of the day .. shareholders pay for settlement, lawyers fee and everything else...
its an unfair world...
