Well sorry to say holders, this is indeed bad news. Nor needed cash, and with nothing else on the horizon PO has chipped in with some token goodwill as the ship's going down, perhaps to buy some time and keep his personal dream boat NOR alive so he can tinker with it a little longer.
The fact the conversion price is above market is nothing more than being politically correct and polite, similar to BottleShock's rationale.
If there was a significant telco deal near term, does this ann make sense? If the SP pumps on telco news, how would PO's investment today be perceived? Therefore a near term deal is unlikely.
And it's only 200K, what's that going to buy, a couple of paddle pops? And the SP is telling - it has promptly returned to ground zero, after a slight wiggle this morning. Nothing to see here.
