Interim dividend @ 30% payout ratio reflects a conservative approach which to my mind indicates that they expect to be able to use their retained funds more effectively i.e. corporate activity leading to enhanced shareholder value.
Their operating costs are in a good zone and there appears to be a concerted effort to keep them down which is what MY stood aside for - to let MB, the numbers man, optimise the operation.
