True, that trade was followed by abnormal amounts of buying. The thing of interest is very few holders have 5 million shares ~ it did not come up as a cross trade ~ and there did not appear to be enough shares available on the sell side to keep the share price this subdued ~ indeed it even briefly dropped to 14.5 cents for a moment before slightly rebounding (happy to be corrected if anything written here is wrong).
If indeed this was not a cross trade, who sold and who bought?
