Yea agreed, whilst they are in a position of good cashflow (unlike most startups) they really shouldn't take a lot as cash pay. I'm not overly concerned but would like to drill down into the numbers a bit more. Especially the consulting charges etc.
Also watch dilution, these options the like can really create massive dilution later down the track when they are exercised. Only then some people actually realise that these were in play. I hope more people actually watch out for this and vote at the AGM. Certainly quick to point out that they had ~99% votes for the option issuance, usually for me when companies say it out loud that's a tell that they are looking to expand that without much shareholder dissent...
