yeah am just waiting for the trigger to be pulled - especially at Tanz as the deal there is nothing short of exceptional so would be expecting that there would be interest there as well as a few options on the table to sift through. Appears that if finance can be finalised there that building/production will occur at a rapid rate.

as for NY that was always to be the flagship and the flow on from there - well lets wait and see!
