Many people didn't expect any JV news. Plenty of people here are aware that a JV isn't always good news. Look at FYI for an example in recent history where the JV terms didn't match expectations. They got their JV but it cost them a 40% SP drop. I don't expect anything this drastic, just showing we're aware that JV's aren't always rainbows.

There's a handful of people that will always be adamant that a JV is just around the corner and it couldn't possibly go wrong. As with many things there is a vocal group that speaks louder than the rest. Seeing as the SP hasn't really dropped since the AGM indicates to me that no JV was already factored in by the majority.
