The 25% capital raising (as mentioned in the AGM announcement) is probably necessary and indicative of managements confidence factor of having enough money to keep functioning through profits. I am assuming that there is a number of new shareholders in AJX over the last 6 - 9 months and perhaps they may be keen to participate. Further dilution for existing holders it seems and may add some hindrance on achieving a significantly higher share price. I am sure it will be passed at the meeting.
