Sorry for the inconvenience though if someone can answer this post I do appreciate it .
SPQ and RIO are applying for some of the same tenements, I thought SPQ own the land to a boundary , if that’s the case RIO would be infringed upon SPQ .
if I’m incorrect please clarify my error of thinking.
