    I wholeheartedly agree. There has been a steady flow of info since Bob joined, obviously the result of some considerable effort on his part.

    I was referring to the SP, which despite his efforts continued it's decline, the turnaround and subsequent "green day" for the SP was the "step in the right direction"!

    I expect it will continue!
