You've said you'd skimmed over a 45 page DFS from a company you know little about, then expect people who've studied it daily, some of us for years, to treat your commentary with any credibility. Maybe study the company for a few days, then you might be treated seriously by anyone who isn't shorting. I wouldn't listen to anyone who 'skims' over anything, and the fact you would pass judgement with minimal research is arrogant at worst and naive at best.
