Yes, but note that LTR is now sitting on a MC of 6 billion. It's current SP is just above it's offer TO price of $2.50 by its competitor, Albemarle, which is a MC of 5.5b. From an estimated of 4.2b to your competitor offering to buy you out (and failing) at 5.5b, which means they think you're worth more than that over the LOM, that's quite an upgrade. If demand for the Kaolin ADN plans to sell increases over the years, that can only be a boon for the company, as well as the possible potential of HPA.
