What size loan does ADN plan to repay in 5 years?

As an investor, for me, my quick DFS calculations revert back to the company market cap/share price. We are investors. We make money on the share price increasing or dividends being paid.

Sure you can fund the project, but will the shareholders make money?

At the current market cap with this restricted, witheld DFS. Its not fantastic. DFS are meant to have a lot of information. I dont see fantastic value at the current point in relation to the share price. I believe the risk/reward is priced in.

Make all the changes to the NPV as I previously suggested. The project doesnt look as good. You're a financier, so I'm sure shareholders would appreciate this. The actual NPV of this project is not 1bn.

Unfortunately the truth is the economics are not amazing, compare it to those screenshots I previously attached. Furthermore, 5 years payback I still think is a long time.

There are risks and concerns to this project that shareholders should acknowledge.
