I understand someone I have on ignore is suggest NPV is material to finance because the lender will want to know the value to recover the loan in case of default...
What they fail to understand is the coy is owned by the shareholders.
Therefore lenders are unable to take security over the value of the coy.
Ha! imagine that?
An ASX listed Coy takes out a loan, and in case of default shareholders have to give up their shares to repay the loan !
i.e. Shareholders underwrite the loan. Total BS.
All these trolls are clasping at straws and have no idea about business and finance.
