I wont hide from the fact that I'm invested in HIO. I devalued a lot of money there. I don't think it has any relevance to this DFS and the inflated NPV value that has been released. Show me an investor that's correct 100% of the time?
Yes, I got HIO wrong at the time. If I implemented a 20% discount rate I probably wouldn't have invested at that market cap. I learnt alot from that and take that knowledge into future investments.
If you applied the same 20% discount rates to those projects in relevance to their market caps, you probs would have saved alot of money.
