I never said I just used numbers, I use it as a tool to filter companies quickly that I want to spend more time researching. I also never said it was a bad investment.

There could be alot more value than this DFS. I hope so for shareholders as I don't think the DFS is fantastic. However, this thread is about a DFS.

I've been called out a fair bit for sharing my initial views, I dont think I've attacked the company or holders. I've questioned the DFS and said it looks better than it is. If you think that DFS is amazing, fair enough. I don't.

What NPV would it be post tax, 20 years?
Its hard to work out with limited information.
I might try to work it out next week just to prove a point.
But is 600m NPV a reasonable estimate?

Instead of over-analysing everything I've ever said, it would probably be more worthwhile spending the time looking at this DFS and pointing out the concerns.

Does anyone want to comment what they believe the current market cap of the company should be based on this announcement?
