there could be either legalities now that they cant or they just wont, i have read the dfs and have my own opinion, we should just wait for bob to answer questions and explain on Monday, i am sure there is offtakes lined up and once thats complete they will either recieve funding through BOA or share buy back and even possily even some from a CR, maybe all three in play here? i guess we will see where we are at by December, that will give us the real indication whether everything said has all came to fruition.
