One thing however that they might have to do, is find out who the sellers are and try to find someone to take their stock from them. It was obvious yesterday that the seller took the opportunity to sell stock on the back of a good announcement. Always easier to sell on the back of good news.
6.2 million were sold yesterday which is about 5 million more then the average volume over the past 5 days. The share price was under pressure on the back of good news hence the reason it finished lower then the day before.
The placement price was recently done at 18.5c and we were told it was well over subscribed . I would be ringing back those that did not get their full allocation and asking them if they want some more. Perhaps they can stand in the market and fill their boots with stock. Given they have more news to boast about with regards to more revenues coming in then when the placement was recently organised, one might think it could be a worthwhile exercise.
