IMO good governance would have seen the disclosure on the day or next day for the pull out of a bid which clearly many had expected/hoped DVP would win. Who stood to win or lose from a disclosure?
Or maybe the report is not saying ... After the ESS bid LTR tapped us on the shoulder with a WTF is going on.....
Hopefully a replacement deal will appear soon for DVP holders
