The thing with the LTR gig, it got too big and taking too long to decide. Are they still waiting for a buyout? Who knows? Some of the costings would have blown out by the time they decide, and without equity component deal's off?
Look at BGL, couple of months from bid to award and next quarter first gold. Project is cashflow positive - we need more of these contracts.
