Bill / NST first invested in VXR for exposure to SS in 2012. He knows exactly what's there and the potential. And he's been in the back ground for all the previous VXR exploration and studies. He didn't make his move on VXR until after they got the environmental approval. BB has played a long game here and wanted SS as his cornerstone asset for the new DVP> Good example of how he goes about getting what he wants. If you try to trade DVP short term you might make some pennies, if you hang in for BB to put the final icing on the 5year plan you will make multi multi bags.
