I am trying to buy more of GRL (but not huge number) and happy to pay 4.1cents BUT I am not allowed under the "orderly markets" rules of the ASX. Despite the fact GRL has reached 5.0 cents in the last 6 months, been over 4.0cents a lot of that time and only spent a small amount of time under 3.5 cents, those ASX rules will not let me buy at 4.1 cents.
If someone would only sell a few to those attempting to buy at 38 cents that would then become the latest 'market price' and a buy at 4.1 cents (not mote than 10% above the latest transaction) would be allowed.
