IMO the only way forward is to look forward, past is irrelevant for ton, it is a new company. Unless the share price dips a couple cents, which I doubt, I'll be participating in the cr.

After dfs a binding offtake will be transformational, it will allow for finance, most likely increase sp and allow for the 10c options to be converted (and another 5mil in the bank) and maybe even open the way to complete dfs and commence marketing Nicada (worlds largest resource! - just saying)

Also if minjar have a limit of 3% to increase their holding, it will be in their interest for options to be in the money prior to expiry.

If management can pull it off, and they have been ticking boxes for a year now, ton will make it to production. (Maybe just when electric cars start to boom?..who knows)
