The AGM following this announcement, Mordechai Benedikt (old chairman) clarified the discussion with the detail i advised, they will proceed to 80% before any such collaboration. I cannot point to an announcement, however i am sure it was discussed here on HC and was posted by a LT holder. At that time only holding 30% of tenement it was understandably not the sort of news they would publish.

agree a lot was riding on the 80% probably including anything from the drill sight makes sense why would anyone JV when they only owned 30% all's good now expect a flurry of ann'ts will get even better once all the paper work is signed and sealed .
