Yep, showing the same with my broker, that's the ASX depth.
I am assuming these are existing holders wanting to pick up their entitlement on market at under 25c before committing to the CR.
145 bids 7,780,837 / 33 offers 2,023,542 right now
Was able to pick up my batch at 24c, ~330000 shares for $79k instead of ~310000 for $77.5k, effectively an extra ~20k shares at under 10c.
