I don't think this is 100% correct. It is my understanding that you only have to lodge another substantial holder notice if you move under 5% or if your holding moves +/- 1%. Not that it matters to me as I think the addition of these investors to the register is great news as I am a long term holder. Just want to clarify that MOF could sell some as long as they don't breach the above conditions. They could also buy and sell to keep within those ranges to not report a new announcement.
