FYI another thing going on is the class action against Shine due to alleged lack of disclosure to the market.
Deadline for Shareholders to opt out of this class action is 29/1 (Tuesday)
If it interests anyone I have a copy of the Statement of claim which outlines the case being brought against Shine.
Also apparently the Litigation Funder will take 25% of any winnings in this instance (a useful tidbit for Shine investors more generally)
