TER acquired their project for $1, NCZ were paid to take their project.
Sometimes massive corporations just need to cut and run from a project, often they have difficulties with JV Partners and red-tape. The chinese are particularly happy to just cut and run. Operationally theres a lot of upside here.
This is a producing asset. I have it making about 50-100m a yr.
Also dont underestimate what having an actual producing asset on the balance sheet will do for both debt and equity financing.
Atleast worth 30c just based on gas biz now
