Sure - but MSV's EBITDA of $2.2 million for the year ended 30 June 2017 was a year in which rig utilisation averaged just 35% - so as more rigs are mobilised under long dated contracts to top tier mining houses then EBITDA will arc up and that will get the market's attention.
Until then the smart buying from savvy, self-directed private investors will see the share price grind higher over time.
