Don’t entirely disagree but:
i) The current BOD inherited rather than created the related party mess; and
ii) I think what they’ve done could be classified as the lesser of two evils - the company was practically uninvestable with the RP stuff in its current form, so fixing it in this way is a bit of medicine that needed to be taken.
