What a load of BS.... So now there is no fixed date for the case to be heard. Shareholders are unaware as to how the judge is proceeding with the hearing / future dates set down. The best information the company can give shareholders is what Manajem's arguments are focused around?

At the last hearing, in the matter of United Arabian Mining Company (‘Manajem’) and Alara Saudi Operations Pty Ltd, Alara’s lawyers submitted a brief that had been requested by the judge, and Manajem asked for time to prepare a response.

Manajem are again directing much of their argument at hearings on the appointment of Alara’s legal counsel, rather than addressing the substantive issues of the case.

Counsel advises that neither the course of the proceedings in this case to date, nor the rules of procedure for this court, offer any assurance as to when the court might issue a judgement addressing the substance of the contested matters. For the time being, Alara will include updates on the case in quarterly reports, unless substantive or procedural developments otherwise dictate.
