Interesting on Page 18 of the presentation from the Africa Down Under 'EPC Contractor has been selected by Cameroon Government to build Port and Rail'.
Was to be announced that the '...preferred EPC contractor will be selected by the Cameroon Government in the coming quarter.' (From the Quarterly Activities Report June 30 2015 pg 3).
Maybe there should be an announcement coming soon and a tick of a box? Pictures of government officials / business leaders shaking hands etc etc?
