Not hopeful at all. IMO, this is what needs to happen, and I am not Zhongrun. Assuming that the Chinese are not idiots and they do see big upside on this investment, my assumption is they will want their own people managing the process.
RSG are not fools either. They come in, there will be a quick push to change management as well, and quick.
