From an emotional point of view I tend to agree with your share consolidation outlook. However from a technical point of view at this point in time for AIS to do say a 1:10 consolidation the market would most likely see this as a covert distressed signal. There are so so many companies who have done this with inadequate financials that it simple backfires. AIS does not have inadequate financials but the market may completely maul it to threads.
Anyway todays announcement is IMO is SPECTACULAR and will lift AIS share price given time. There are so many positives already commented on in previous posts. One that really stands out as glowing endorsement of AIS's outlook is SP having a 30% shareholding.
