I wish this company become truly CF positive. I really cant understand why an established manufacturing and sales company with approx 36-40M sales end up losing significant every year. If you add up reported losses for quarters and compare with the annul report you will be shocked see significant differences of reported losses triggering suspicion of a coverage. I suspect management might have a way funnelling cash such as allowance, expense reimbursement, or other fraudulent ways etc etc. If you compare salaries of top guys with similar or better performing companies, you can get a shock. I don't know how to go about or what can be done to safeguard share holder interest. Now they have sold the land asset, this only means they have no other means to raise money. I suspect the convertible holder might be the one who might have taken the land as the shares may be worth nothing. Anyone welcome to correct my assumptions
I too hoped once they were going to be CF positive based on their improved sales and reports. However, if they don't become CF positive and sustainable in the next quarter and keeps doing the same in future, it will just wind up. This is not an investment advise, please do your due diligence. I have booked loss on more than half of my holding, tempted to book more losses. I too hope this becomes a 4 bagger to recoup my losses.
Other concerns include the way they are managing peak, there seems internal friction, the company is not doing well. Sad to say, the actions of the top management to me feels/seems like bullies, it is only personal opinion and may not be true, also not verified. I have tried on few occasions to contact them by email and over phone, there is no response ever
If CEO, CFO, steps down or made to step down, and efficient persons are allowed to manage, it may not be late to survive, only my opinion.
Does anyone have contact with the management?
As a shareholder, I would like to be contacted by the management when requested. Thanks in advance for any assistance from experienced holders.
