If she provides updates such as soon, near future, she better well have an indication of what is going on or she's should not say it at all.

We can take from it that the only way communication will improve is through board renewal, I for one vote carefully at every opportunity and find it puzzling that the resolutions succeeded so easily. Expect further large pay increases for the next AGM, lets just hope the business continues to advance positively to overlook the greed.
