The stock I mentioned previously who aold their torrens tenements to BHP - the deeper story behind it is that the company felt though there were promising survey signs, that the drilling required would be far too deep and far too expensive for them, so they offloaded the assets.
This will be very expensive, so we had better be very careful with where we set our drill collars. Exciting times nonetheless.
