Did they seriously write that?
"company has been clear that the partnership was inactive since 31 July 2023 and that it was considered no longer material to the business."

I would like to see the ASX announcement where that is stated? If it is so clearcut obviously it should be written in ASX announcement in such a manner so shareholders are under no illusion as to status?

ASX has to start asking hard questions over timing if you can lodge responses with them as to what date did SPL management decide it was no longer material and what date partnership was inactive and what notice they received from AZ.
