Sammy that is basically how it works. As they are an extremely small team and with all that they have going on, they are basically outsourcing the negotiating process.
It will be commission based but its structure wasn't discussed in any real detail, except to say the company they are engaging only takes on your cause providing you have a fairly high chance of a successful outcome.
More power to them as they can engage several potential buyers at the same time, without any periods of exclusivity (read time wasting eg tjab) and keeps them a little more objective being offset from the process.
