I watched this video. I was particularly interested in the shareholder's question - "Why haven't any directors bought shares on market recently or generally historically". As we all know, investors like to see directors and CEO's having skin in the game from on market purchases (and not as part of a remuneration package). Some share funds will simply not invest in companies where the Board and Senior Management have not bought on market This is because they want to see tangible evidence that the interests of the BoD and Management are aligned with shareholders. Mr Geoff Hollis, the CFO and Company Secretary, responded to this question. His response starts at 10.27 and goes for some 2 minutes. I'd be interested to hear your views on his response. I was somewhat underwhelmed. Thank you.
