Another issue is we are in Dec/Jan season. Not many big decisions are made by corporations/clients during this season. Only thing which will happen between now and end of Jan is another CR. Which may be at basement valuation. Board needs to get active they cannot be just pursuing one strategy which is proving to be ineffective.
