Yeah Optus have always been incompontent in my experience on both the commercial and consumer side. I've previously been a mobile customer of theirs and we use them at work (250+ employees) and everything seem to take months, even when a team of their Australian employees are involved. They seem to have these incredibly rigid processes that must only work in a perfect scenario.
