I would like to see this company thrive but the prospect of growth and making year on year profit is proving elusive and the SP is reflective of this.

I don't doubt the passion and drive of the team but the Aust market and its peculiarities is proving stubborn in converting online bookings via this platform far harder than I think they expected.

the targeted advertising revenue is not taking off as originally thought also.

the promise of cash flow break even has been asserted for too long without results. this is not detailed yet.
