I can't personally see why someone would take over, they have no investments left that are worth anything, no money in the bank, overheads that outstrip any profits, a history of dodgy financial reporting, deslisted from the pdf scheme, thus no tax breaks and a long history of investments in their own other companies and other less than reputable companies. I can't see any benefit for anyone to try a takeover. I'm happy to be wrong but fear I might be right.
