It looks like ALB wants to get their diligence out of the way which LTR has agreed upon and kept their side of the bargain. So once ALB has done their diligence then this is going to kick off a bidding war between ALB and Gina! We could defo see a superior offer before ALB finishes their diligence which is within 4 weeks!! Watch this space!!
