while the news may be good for investors or at the least not bad, the halt may have to do with the wording given that AJX doesn't give a forward guidance in its quarterly report, making it a De Facto earnings guidance perhaps ? Basically if you read the highlights from the companies latest release, it appears to contravene these rules should they apply.
