As a prospective investor, all of the above is very confusing. I mean, when I first read the announcement I would've bet my house on it that AJX won a contract whereby it will receive at least $5 mil a year for multiple years but HC does funny things to your mind and I'm almost considering if I would've lost my house on that bet.
Just to throw my 2c in, surely when it says "share FOR Alexium of more that $5 million revenue per annum" combined with the fact that exact numbers will depend on how many beds are sold with Alexium's product in them, the Announcement is intending to indicate that Alexium will get a minimum of $5 million?
