A lot of this cash balance is owed to creditors, if they use this money to buy other companies , they wont be able to meet their obligations. This is why they did a cap raise when they had 15-25 million cash in bank, yet they did a cash raise of 3.3 mill. Its not free cash doing nothing, its being used to pay bills.
