The Libor is 2 to 3% so cheap financing - will be a commercial loan also. An additional $500 tpa @$23k per tonne also adds another $11.5m (US) to the revenue ($103.5m at full capacity)- and as someone stated the Lithium portion of the 4,500 tpa would probably have better margins- looks very good to me.
