    From a back of the envelope estimate (with no proper broker data) it looks to me like the VWAP over the last 5 days is between 11.6 and 12.1, so that (95% of the VWAP is between 11.0 and 11.5, and) the issue price will be 11.0c.
    Hope I'm not missing something, but happy to be corrected if I am.
